Over his twenty-five-year career, Aaron has been involved in over $1B of real estate across diverse roles in the industry. Aaron has held positions including Senior Loan Originator for a private bridge lender; Managing Director-Capital Markets at a private equity owner-operator-developer where he focused on capital stack formation, debt structuring, and investment management across a portfolio of properties; Acquisitions Associate for two family offices where he focused on pipeline management and investment strategy; and on the Debt & Equity Brokerage teams at both Avison Young and Lev Capital where he originated, placed, negotiated, helped structure and close debt and equity financings across all asset classes and property strategies, in markets around the US. Aaron earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real estate where he graduated With Distinction. Prior to his finance-side experience, Aaron was a development-focused architect, planner, and project manager in Baltimore, MD where notable projects included converting a 30-story grain elevator into luxury condos. He holds a Bachelors of Architecture from Syracuse University.
